Weekend Update

Another superb weekend in the books for Mr. and Mrs. Skinner. I love weekends because it means that I get to spend good quality time with my other half. We always have so much fun together. And obviously this weekend was no exception.
1. Scored some major goodies at the VS outlet. If you have one near you, go now! They had bombshell bathing suits for two dollars. Like, two single dollar bills. I got 10 items for less than $60. I feel so accomplished.
2. Got these fantcy dantcy monogram towels done. I kinda sorta love them.
3. Is it just me, or is anyone else obsessed with this song?! I cannot get enough! Oh and the best part is that we get to see them live at the Houston Rodeo this year. We're super excited :)
4. Originally I posted a suppper cute photo of me & Hubbs all cute-like about to go out dancing, but I decided to take it down because stalkers keep on keepin' on. (I think if I call them out enough they'll start to realize that they are, in fact, stalkerz and need to leave me the hellllllll alone. Am I REALLY that badass? Perhaps so!) So, you're stuck with a selfie of me. Follow my Instagram in case you wanna see more photos! And in case you're wondering, I'm wearing my clip-in extensions in that picture. I told you that I enjoy those things!
5. This was at the country bar we went to. Truth be told, we did laugh at this group of people on the dance floor. I guess it was just because they were all in a circle, clapping their hands. But at least they probably had a good time. That's what counts. :)
6. Finnnnnally got me a box of Samoas... I mean Caramel Delites. Yea, the name change is throwing me off. "Back in my day" they were called Samoas. And they are quite delish.

Last thing, the morning show I listen to just announced something huge.... Bobby Bones Show is moving to Nashville. I'm SUPER DUPER SAD. They've always been a local station in Austin, and now they're leaving us. If you live in Nashville, you should be happy because they are amazing! ...But at least they'll be streaming to Austin still.

  7. The Caramel deLites/Samoas thing is weird. The cookies have different names in different parts of the country because they're produced by different bakeries (little triva for ya, ha). Here (KY) they are deLites, and we also have Peanut Butter patties. I used to live in Connecticut though, where they were Samoas and Tagalongs. Now if they ask you that question on Jeopardy, you remember where you got the answer ;)
