I don't cook. In fact, the only cooking I do is actually baking. I grew up with my dad & stepdad being the cooks of the family. I also married a man that loves to cook. I can make a mean piece of buttered toast, but then again, that's not really cooking either. Well shoot.
Anyways, when I saw my twinie hosting this link up, I knew I had to participate. I am predicting a lot of baking in the future but for today, we're going to start with my favorite recipe of all time.
It's super easy and actually good for you. I personally only use 3 ingredients for the purpose of saving calories. Here's my easy and skinny version of guacamole.
1. Cut the avocado, remove the seed, and mash into a bowl..
2. Cut the lime and squirt half of the lime juice into the bowl.
3. Add a pinch of salt and stir.
Calories: (Based on Calorie Count)
One Avocado: ~320
Half of a Lime: ~10
When you're all done, grab your favorite chips and nom away. I hate to admit it, but sometimes I only eat guac & chips for dinner. I am so bad, I know. But it's delish! My favorite chips ever are found at H-E-B (seen in last photo).
