As a reminder, when God created baby Allison, he said "Let her have oily skin. And let her have large pores." And the rest is history. So what if I blot 5 million times per day? No shame.
Rimmel Stay Matte Primer: ($7) One of my more recent beauty purchases was this matte primer. The texture is a lot different than I expected; it feels like thick lotion. But all that matters is that it mattifies my skin. Me likey.
Smashbox Photo Finish Primer: (Sample) I got this little baby size as a sample when I made a purchase at Ulta. I love the silicone texture because it's so easy to glide on.
L'Oreal Miracle Blur: ($25) This baby evens out my skin texture and I honestly feel like it blurs imperfections away too. It also has a silicon texture, which I've heard is good for my oily-skinned girls.
Hourglass Veil Primer: ($18) I wanted to try this primer out for the longest time ever so I finally decided to break down and buy the travel size. And it's completely worth the hype. When you apply it to your skin, it's silky smooth. Just like butter. The Hourglass line in general is amazing, but specifically this primer is said to absorb excess oils. Um, yes please.
Maybelline Baby Skin Pore Eraser: ($7) Also a silicone texture, this primer acts similarly to the L'Oreal primer in that it blurs my imperfections - especially my pores. I feel less guilty about using this all the time on my face because it's so affordable.
Benefit Porefessional: ($30) This primer actually fills in my pores rather than smooth them out like the Maybelline product mentioned above does. The texture is in between a silicone and a lotion. This has to be one of the better products I've used for my pores, if not the very best!
