Taste of Tuesday: Gluten Free

As many of y'all probably know, I competed a 30-day Gluten Free challenge. It was awesome and I even learned some things about myself. And now that the year is fully underway, I am ready to jump back into the challenge ... except, I want to go the rest of the year!

Am I crazy? Maybe just a hint of crazy. Anyways, I thought it would be fun to share some delicious looking Gluten Free recipes with y'all.

Chili
*I actually made this last night for dinner! Sadly, I didn't take any pictures.
Dinner rolls
Girls gotta have her rolls.
Stuffing
I get it... this is a Thanksgiving food. But I want it year-round.
Mac & Cheese
It's a staple in our household.
On another note, I went to Thundercloud Subs (an Austin sub shop) and they have gluten free bread. Let me tell you - it was amazing! Normally GF bread is just different tasting, so when finding something that good, you soak it up! If anyone in the Austin area is looking for good GF options when dining out, try that!

Today I'm linking up with Ashley & Jessica! xo

  1. That's brave to do that an entire year. Right now i'm doin' a 21 day fast. I can only eat fruits and veggies. It's not to bad but I don't know if I could go the whole year. Good luck to ya. I know your body will thank you years later.

  10. You can totally do it! Especially now with all the GF recipes on Pinterest and blogs and the restaurants getting on board. I'm doing yeast free and so far, it's super easy. The weekend might be another story. :)
